Sam's Toy Chest was started in 2004 under the corporation name Asa Jay, Inc. We named this part of our business after our son Samuel. Long before Samuel joined us, I was determined to be a stay-at-home mom. However, we found our expenses could not be covered under my husband's income alone. When Samuel was 3 months old, I started working from home as a computer applications consultant which included database development.

As Samuel started playing with toys, an idea came to me: why not start a toy subscription business? Children of all ages (including my husband) love collecting and playing with Hot Wheels or Matchbox cars. Sam's Toy Chest was born. But if a subscription doesn't fit what you are looking for we do have a great listing of fun toys.
